What We Do

The most common cabinet call we get is water damage under the kitchen or bathroom sink — a slow leak that's been going on longer than anyone realized, rotting the cabinet floor and growing mold. We've seen it dozens of times, and it's almost always worse than it looks from outside the cabinet.

We pull the damaged material, replace the cabinet floor, treat for mold, and seal all seams so it won't happen the same way again. We also check the plumbing while we're in there — because fixing the cabinet without addressing a slow leak just means doing the job twice.

Beyond water damage, we handle the everyday cabinet wear that accumulates in rental units and older homes — hinges that have pulled loose, doors that sag, drawer hardware that's failed, and full cabinet replacements.
