Failed caulk is one of the leading causes of water damage in homes and rental units — and one of the most overlooked maintenance items. When the seal around a tub or shower fails, water gets behind the wall. You don't see it until there's mold, rot, or structural damage.
We remove the old caulk completely, treat for mold where needed, and apply a clean consistent bead of waterproof caulk that bonds and seals properly. The most common mistake is caulking over failed caulk — it never bonds correctly and fails faster. We don't do that.
